Samsung is considering a lawsuit against Apple to court over the use of LTE technology in the new iPhone. That says a South Korean newspaper. According to some English Korea Times Samsung carries forward the argument that Long Term Evolution (LTE), a 4G standard for mobile data communication, partly based on patents from the Korean company. Samsung Apple would especially like to tackle in Europe and the United States, the home of Apple.

Apple released the iPhone 5 and there are strong indications that the new Smartphone is suitable for fast internet via LTE networks. All existing iPhones, including the 4S, only have 3G communications chips.
Furthermore, the iPhone 5 can communicate over 4G/LTE, expect the initiates.
